Mr Ong Yew Huat serves as the Chairman of the Singapore Tyler Print Institute. As the Executive Chairman of Ernst & Young Singapore until December 2012, Mr Ong also serves as the Chairman of the National Heritage Board (NHB) and previously sat on the board of the Singapore Art Museum (SAM) and The National Art Gallery, Singapore. A known art lover, Mr Ong initiated the Ernst & Young Asean Art Outreach programme in 2007, a platform to showcase artistic talents in Southeast Asia and simultaneously give back to the community through sales donations.
Ms Susan KONG
Ms Susan Kong is a partner at Stamford Law Corporation and heads its Banking & Finance and Corporate Real Estate Practice Groups. She has extensive working experience in banking & finance, corporate finance, foreign investments particularly in China, Indonesia and Thailand; mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and real estate investments. She is listed in several legal publications as a leading lawyer. Ms Kong has also served as a director on the boards of several companies across different industries in Singapore and Thailand.
Mr Michael TAY
Mr Michael Tay was appointed as an Executive Director of The Hour Glass Limited on 15 August 2005, having joined the company in January 1999 as its Business Re-Engineering Manager.
Mr Tay has developed extensive watch industry experience having headed multiple facets of The Hour Glass' businesses from specialty watch manufacturing, global marketing and distribution to greenfield retail development, group marketing and merchandising, corporate communications and investor relations. He is a remember of the international advisory board of Harry Winston Rare Timepieces, a member of the governing Cultural Committee of the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie and a member of the jury of the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Geneve. Mr Tay also serves on the board of the Singapore Tyler Print Institute and Platform, both non-profit organisations engaged in the visual arts sector, and Mercy Relief, an international humanitarian development and relief organisation located in Singapore.
Mr Tay graduated from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom with a First Class (Honours) in Business and International Management.
Mr YEO Whee Jim
Mr Yeo Whee Jim is currently Director (Arts and Heritage) at the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY). He has had postings to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Public Service Division; the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts; the Ministry of Defence and the Public Service Commission (PSC) Secretariat.
Mr Vince KHOO
Mr Vince Khoo is the founder and manager of one of the top advertising agencies in Singapore, AdCom. He was also previously the President of the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents, chairman of Lasalle/SIA and a director on many listed companies and statutory boards like Sentosa Development Corporation, Primary Industries and Orchid Country Club.
Ms CHONG Siak Ching
Ms Chong Siak Ching joined the National Art Gallery, Singapore (the Gallery) as Chief Executive Officer on 1 April 2013. Providing strategic leadership to the Gallery, she contributes towards the realisation of the Gallery’s organisational vision and provide overall guidance on its exhibition and programming strategies. Ms Chong also heads the cluster of three visual arts institutions under the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, namely the National Art Gallery, the Singapore Art Museum and the Singapore Tyler Print Institute.
Prior to joining the Gallery, Ms Chong was the President and CEO of Ascendas, a company with presence in 10 countries across Asia. Ms Chong is presently an Independent Director on the Board of Singapore Press Holdings, member of the National University of Singapore (NUS) Board of Trustees and Deputy Chairman of Singapore’s enterprise development agency, SPRING Singapore. She is a board member of Jurong Health Services, management board member of the Institute of Real Estate Studies at NUS, member of the Advisory Board at Nanyang Business School, and member of the Yale-NUS College Governing Board. She is also serving as a council member of the Singapore Business Federation.
Mr Kenneth CHOE
Mr Kenneth Choe is an Executive Director of Goldman Sachs Singapore in the Investment Management Division.
He is also a board member of the Singapore Art Museum.
Mrs WONG Ai Ai
Mrs Wong Ai Ai is a principal at Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow, a Global Executive Committee at Baker & McKenzie, and a key lawyer in the Firm’s private equity and mergers and acquisitions practices. She also serves as the Chairman of the Yellow Ribbon Fund.
Mrs Wong graduated from the University of Kent (UK), with a B.A. in Law (First Class), and holds a Masters in Law from Harvard University Law School. She is admitted to practise in Singapore, New York, England and Wales (Grays Inn).
