STPI – Creative Workshop & Gallery presents an exciting roster of artists for Art Basel in Basel 2024, featuring Angela Bulloch, Lee Bul, Carsten Höller, Prabhavathi Meppayil, and Han Sai Por, reflecting the rich dynamism of STPI’s residency programme.

The STPI booth will highlight newly released works by Angela Bulloch, created during her fruitful residency at the STPI Creative Workshop in 2024, where she explored new forms of expression in her practice through the mediums of print and paper.

STPI is thrilled to debut Singapore’s Cultural Medallion Award recipient, Han Sai Por, for the first time in Basel. One of Asia’s foremost sculptors, Han’s aesthetic language has been shaped by her lived experiences, with her understated, organic sculptural works exuding a keen sense of symmetry and subtle elegance.  

Also presenting for the first time in Basel are works including Lee Bul’s groundbreaking Untitled – SI and Untitled – CC screenprint works with copper powder and iron filings that oxidise and rust over time; delicate embossings from Prabhavathi Meppayil; and unique screenprints from Carsten Höller, who will concurrently be exhibiting at the Fondation Beyeler in Basel.
