In its 5th edition, STPI’s Art Week Brunch series presented a talk by guest speaker Hans Ulrich Obrist, famed curator, critic, historian and artistic director of Serpentine Galleries London. Centred on curatorial praxis in a globalised artistic climate, this brunch-cum-talk was a highlight within Singapore Art Week 2020, organised annually for local and visiting guests comprising curators, collectors, members of the media and other industry partners.

Hans Ulrich Obrist (b. 1968, Zürich, Switzerland) is Artistic Director of the Serpentine Galleries in London. Prior to this, he was Curator of the Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris. Since his first show World Soup (The Kitchen Show) in 1991, he has curated more than 300 exhibitions
